Using the service

You may use ARK Toolbox for personal, community and server-administration purposes. Do not interfere with the service, bypass reasonable request limits, scrape it at a rate that harms availability, probe private infrastructure or use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

Live data is observational

Server status, player counts, available slots, ping, country and similar fields are recent observations. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. An open slot is not a reservation and does not guarantee that a player can connect. A displayed server address or Session ID may change.

Guides and tools

Guides and calculator results are provided for general game-related information. Back up configuration files and test important changes before applying them to a production server. Mods, patches, hosting panels and server-specific multipliers may produce a different result. You remain responsible for changes made to your game, system or server.

Status badges and links

You may embed an unmodified ARK Toolbox status badge on a relevant website or community page. The badge may link to its server detail page. Automated use must respect caching and reasonable request limits. ARK Toolbox may change or withdraw a badge endpoint that is abused.

Community and owner-provided content

If server profiles or submissions are introduced, the submitter must have authority to provide the material and must not impersonate another owner, misrepresent rates, conceal paid promotion or infringe third-party rights. ARK Toolbox may edit formatting, request verification, reject or remove a submission.

Intellectual property

The site interface, original writing and original visual assets belong to their respective author unless another licence is stated. ARK, related names, game assets and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Limited identification of a game or service does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. No uninterrupted operation, search ranking, server availability or fitness for a particular purpose is promised. To the extent permitted by law, ARK Toolbox is not liable for indirect loss, lost game progress, server downtime, configuration damage or decisions made solely from an observed value.
